I know Apple added in a nice easy to manage place for subscriptions, but maybe a confirmation pop up if it hasn't been used in 2 billing cycles or something. At least the first time it has a lapse in usage. At the same time you could report that you didnt realize you had that subscription and that could trigger the Apple fraud team to look into that app.

I would add that problems with fake reviews is a problem that needs solving across the internet.
