I've been using findx.com as my default search engine lately. I still use the find on google option often though, since it's not nearly as good as DDG (There is a search on DDG option next to the Google one as well).

Isn't that like an immutable problem and what their business model is based on? Push employees to the limits to have very high performance for a short time and then throw them out when they burn out?

Robots will solve that.
