TLDR; Diversify, no one knows what will happen, best thing we can do is learn from stock market history.

I suspect current delays in US visa processing are unacceptable for the role you applied for (i.e., they need someone that can start soon for that position and they can't wait for your visa process).

I like the spirit, but you are only looking at it from the refugee perspective.

The amount of hurdles & risks the employer takes is pretty high (e.g. taxes, ID verification, risk of the refugee getting their claim denied, etc).

Seems your use case would be one-time work (e.g. need a static website for my shop) AND willingness for the employer to pay using Bitcoin (or other 'safe' method as you describe it). The overlap of those two seems very narrow, although the cost of an experiment to set it up is pretty low if you wanna venture into it.

Semi smart-ass answer: Whatever is the simplest one to communicate what I'm trying to say.

I don't strive to be 100% compliant with a given methodology, I see those as diminishing returns. Class, sequence, architecture, a bunch of lines and boxes, whatever does the job.

It depends on your audience & message!

Plenty of countries have been more lenient granting extensions but that will fade out.

Language schools are not operating, or not in person, so depending on the government rules they might reject an application based on that.

I returned to my 'home country' in August, got scared after meeting several people who got COVID while abroad and had to deal with it alone.

No question, just wanted to thank you for doing these.

You've answered a question I had in the past and it helped a lot. Rock on.

Does the current COVID restrictions/situation, present a challenge to justify someone's re-entry into the US for work, as employees can technically 'work from home' which is technically possible from abroad? (Asking as a TN holder, Mexican national, visa sticker valid for various months still).

Planning to travel to be back in (flying, commercial), to reduce uncertainty and be ready for an eventual return to office, although no specific date has been given by the employer but I continue to work for them remotely.

Your ability to reenter on your valid TN shouldn't be impacted by your time outside the U.S. even if extensive; you might just need to provide proof that your employment in the U.S. still exists when you return.
