I wonder if this is a way for them to take a situation like the RAM shortage and spin it into a way to sell more products with little memory to mask the expensive price of memory by bundling it with the outer shell of the laptop rather than try to sell a few PRO laptops whose price is now very jacked up because of the expensive memory.
This device has been in the pipeline for a lot longer than our current RAM shortage, and it's A18 Pro SOC (with it's integrated 8GB or RAM) was probably taped out before ChatGPT was a thing...
In general complete devotion to the craft by constantly practicing like it is a habit and not just when inspiration strikes is essential.
One could argue this lack of devotion predates even the smartphone. Heck, I remember getting a Nintendo Entertainment System in the late '80s and then not going out biking or playing basketball as a result.
Most of my shoulder issues are sleep related since I sleep on my side. Getting a body pillow system, was costly but kinda worth it. Helps with shoulder and GERD. Only issue is that it's kinda warm and I like to sleep cool.
MedCline relief system. It's like a plastic casing with a specific pillow for wedging your arm underneath a hole but also sleeping on an incline and a body pillow to wrap your other arm or your leg around so it's not so rough on your hips too. It's kinda weird sounding ... but it works.
And yes, try not to eat right before bed. Especially greasy food.
Cervical radiculopathy can cause shoulder pain. I have experienced this quite a bit and it's probably also because of my sleeping style. I wouldn't get an MRI unless I was planning to have surgery.
The issue with those inclined pillows with the arm hole in them is that they can be a really hard angle for a side sleeper to be at. It makes my back and hips hurt way worse than my shoulder.
Office workers will eat lunch, take a 1-2hr nap in the afternoon, and also eat dinner with their coworkers within the common 9-9-6 rhythm. It still takes a significant chunk of time, but the actual working time butt-in-chair is closer to 54 hours
