It's this expression that breaks the deal for me. There's always such wide, vague exception that might be interpreted differently each time, depending on the context!


Logically and legally equivalent to "we will keep your data forever unless legally required to delete it.".

They factually already have a legal requirement to keep every single chat so it's pretty misleading to say they're hard deleted when they never are

IMO, the title is a little bit misleading. Since it started with I think, I was expecting to read a blog post but landed on a software product instead!

Thanks for sharing this unusual experiment, I love it! This is the type of content that makes HN, HN.

Now, I started considering hiring my three little kitties and their mom for a job like this. They spend the whole day sleeping and waiting for meals but now, they have to work, hard, in collaboration with Claude Code to pay for their rent and meals :)
