@PG If only our 'other ideas' is a response to a RFS, would you like us to check the 'this application is a response to a RFS'?

No, though if it's an alternative idea you're really serious about you could file a second application for it under one of your cofounders' accounts.

Interesting. This will make it possible to have servicing revenue models, with apps that are distributed for free.

That machine in the video is not what we would most likely implement. Imagine robots with articulations more fine than "motor1, turn 39 degrees clockwise. motor2, turn 68 degrees clockwise", etc. Possibly more compact robotic limbs that better replicate natural animal movement. More precision.

So I'm an undergrad junior right now studying computer science and my career path has recently been on my mind. Simply said, I feel an MBA preps you too much for corporate life. If that appeals to the writer, then I'm confused as to why startups are also into the equation. They're two different hings. WORST case, make MBA your backup. Use a passion to change the world in leaps, and if that fails and you need money to live and have a stable life.. only then go for the MBA. :)

Microsoft is a little slow on the defense as well. Apparently Windows Ultimate comes with a virtual XP mode that pales in comparison to even VMware's free product, Player. Keep it up VMware :)

Almost all of VMWare's products are free, including a version of ESX. Nobody is using Win7 XPM as a VMWare replacement.

The products that are actually useful (eg workstation) are not free. Even those products you mentioned are free only in the sense of free beer -- with obligatory registration.

concur. I stated off on workstation and when i tried to revert to VMPlayer i was dismayed. its barely usable for even running VM's.
