I would be inclined to say leave immediately, find a new job and rate them negatively on glassdoor. It seems like it's a bit too early for them to not have the financial foresight to be able to pay you. Maybe after a year, but not after just being hired.
If you really care about the company, your role, and have over a year's worth of expendable savings, you could try to convince them that a partnership with an equity stake is a better form of payment for both parties. Good luck though; sounds like they're scheisters.

Location + tech stack determine your salary and there is no single answer. If you find comparative salaries to your skill set you can pretty much ask for that, refuse to go lower and get the salary you want.
Unless you own a super common word or group of words as .com; it doesn't make too much of a difference. Only enthusiasts will use a smaller service, regardless of its usefulness and will be ok googling for a domain or entering a less common TLD. Wait to see if it develops and if it does, use your profits to buy the right domain for more casual consumers.
I'd say best you can do is make your site https and responsive and make sure you have all relevant SEO data to increase its indexing performance.

No; you can learn anything on your own online, but it's easier through the structure from school. If you're paying for school yourself, however, you'll be in a much better financial position learning cs on your own.
