View Source is a feature, not a bug. Having third party JS was bad, having third party wasm will be a lot worse.

I like the spirit of View Source, but in practice js is already obfuscated with minification.

Not sure what you mean, WebAssembly supports debugging via source maps, so you can provide source if you like.
