I don't understand how your source supports your current claim. No where does it state the total number of factories closed, but does state that almost all listed factories are opening in May.
Tesla was also in discussion with alameda county (confirmed by both sides) to reopen on May 18th. Then Elon decided to throw a tantrum and reopen week early, just because heβs rich and above the law.
