Lol bro, in America we put schools IN military bases. Military people have families, their kids need schools. The places people work and live are naturally going to have some degree of correspondence.
Good old victim blaming. Apparently the main issue is not that the country that started the war hit the school and killed 150 people, but where the school was placed.
