Are you implying that finding unmetered fixed monthly payments is hard? Because it's not.

Unmetered != unlimited.

There's still going to be a maximum capacity for the connection, and for unmetered connections that's the basis used to price it.

Unmetered non-US servers with monthly payments are not that rare commodity nowadays.. well, especially when compared to gold bar crapping camelids :)
