It was there a minute ago and it suddenly disappeared, including the GitHub repository. Weird. Edit: It seems like it just got renmaned. It's now available under https://github.com/quantum-os but the blog is not yet up.

The Google+ page says they need to come up with a new name because it conflicted with the Quartz graphics stack name used by OS X. This might be why everything is taken down.
